The SIS Art Exhibition has been on display at Cube 37 Gallery Frankston during November, allowing students the opportunity to showcase their art in a professional setting. The variety of artworks included paintings, etchings, woodwork items, ceramics as well as digital creations.
Selected guests from 14 participating schools attended a Celebration Night which buzzed with creativity. Balcombe Grammar Arts Leaders eloquently introduced our Guest speakers, artist Billy Nye and Product Designer North Morris, who highlighted the diverse styles, techniques and themes demonstrated by the students. St. John’s Regional College hospitality students provided an excellent catering service, while music supplied by ex-Flinders college student Liam Green set the ambience.
Our guest speakers selected winners in each category, who received generous vouchers from our major sponsor, Zart Art.
