Congratulations to St. Margaret’s Berwick Grammar (SMBG) Senior Boys and Girls basketball teams who have competed at the Australian Schools Basketball Championships this week. Both teams have competed with great enthusiasm and pride representing SMBG in the Gold Coast. In the rounds, the Senior Boys had a fantastic week finishing top of their pool undefeated 4-0, the Senior Girls fought hard for a 2-2 result. Both teams had great contributions from all players on the court. The Senior Boys, won the Bronze Medal match against Encounter Lutheran College. Going one better than last year, the Senior Boys won Gold against Ballina Coast High School. What a way to finish off the week!
