Congratulations to all students who took part in the SIS Teen Chef competition, judged by chefs from the Australian Culinary Federation. The dishes showed a great deal of creativity and the judges were particularly impressed by the clever introduction of the citrus theme. The attention to detail when plating up the dishes really stood out and was reflected in an amazing display on the presentation table!
